	AUTOMATION The DR16 has 16 channels of internal snapshot automation including parametric E.Q. The RD 8 and the CX8 are automated with a Presonus DCP 8 through MIDI control change messages. Any virtual tracks recorded in the sequencer are automated at the computer with the real time MIDI generator. Everything in the studio is locked together with SMPTE time code, without sacrificing any tape tracks.
